University of Oulu

University of Oulu (Finnish: Oulun yliopisto) is one of the largest universities in Finland, located in the city of Oulu. It was founded on July 8, 1958. The university has around 16,000 students and 3,000 staff. Along with the University of Turku, it is ranked in the Academic Ranking of World Universities as the second best university in Finland and ranked between 201and 301 worldwide in the QS World University Rankings(Source : Wikipedia).
University of Oulu has been prepared to fulfill the partial requirement for the degree of Bachelor of Business Studies. The University of Oulu has been chosen to know how the company has been implementing towards their employees as well as what impact it has on the productivity and efficiency of the employees.

The admin directorates has been dealing with the overall management of World Link whereas the technical directorates with the technicalities of the company. The company has more than 50 personnel who are dedicated and qualified full-time IT professional.

With this University of Oulu, the conductor of the field work has been enabled to learn the various things regarding the employees planning of HRM, Recruitment policies, Socialization, Training, Motivation, Performance Appraisal all which has been developing factors.
